Ecommerce Manager – Online Business Growth

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious eCommerce Manager to grow our online business, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive commercial and marketing initiatives across multiple eCommerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key eCommerce channels such as FSA, B&C, eWHS, qCommerce, and specialist retail.
• Build strong partnerships with direct clients, leading negotiations, contracts, forecasting and Joint Business Planning.
• Create and execute annual customer marketing and activation plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor business performance, market trends and competitor activity to drive growth.
• Lead D4T campaigns, measure results and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and group stakeholders.
• Manage the eCommerce marketing budget, reporting and performance tracking.
• Drive eRed eRetail excellence, identify opportunities and share best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in eCommerce commercial roles.
• KAM experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actions.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Fluency in at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian).
