Electrophysiology Sales Manager – Baltics

About the role

The Electrophysiology Sales Manager – Baltics leads the clinical and account managers and owns commercial delivery and forecasting for the Cardiovascular business in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The role combines strategic account leadership, clinical evidence and Challenger-style engagement with disciplined governance and compliance. It is a full-time position with regular travel across the three countries.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise Baltic accounts and resources by patient needs, market potential and competitive opportunity, and build multi-year account strategies
• Review progress against milestones and leading indicators, and drive recovery actions
• Apply priority studies, endpoints and approved claims to customer needs, and coach evidence-led Challenger engagement
• Provide frequent field coaching and joint customer visits, with preparation and debriefs
• Develop evidence use, messaging and objection handling, and track capability and account outcomes
• Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets, maintain accurate forecasts and flag risks early
• Lead the clinical and account managers team, develop talent and build successors
• Align functions on account plans, ownership, timelines and resources, and uphold company, regulatory and ethical standards

Required profile

• Strong experience and knowledge of electrophysiology, including at least 5 years of sales and customer management in healthcare medtech
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to lead strategic accounts, interpret clinical evidence and coach evidence-led engagement
• Readiness for frequent field travel across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
• Fluency in English and at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian)

What we offer

• Base pay ranging from 3,890 to 5,930 EUR gross per month in Latvia, 4,690 to 7,310 EUR in Lithuania and 4,090 to 6,370 EUR in Estonia
