Finance Systems & Program Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Finance Systems & Program Manager to design and improve the systems, processes and integrations that enable Finance to scale efficiently across Bolt’s markets and products. You’ll work at the intersection of Finance and technology, translating business needs into scalable, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements and partner with Finance and technical teams to design, implement and launch scalable solutions.
• Design finance processes and document current‑state (AS‑IS) and future‑state (TO‑BE) workflows, identifying automation opportunities.
• Support major finance system initiatives from requirements through implementation, including integration testing and go‑live.
• Partner with Engineering and business teams to design finance workflows, integrations and data flows with appropriate controls.
• Establish and maintain project governance, documentation and reporting while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Drive adoption of new systems through stakeholder communication, change management, training and ongoing collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance systems, transformation, business or process analysis, with exposure to system implementation or redesign.
• Strong understanding of financial data, systems and processes, including integrations, workflows, data flows and controls.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate effectively between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to convey process and system changes across teams.
• Comfortable working on complex, cross‑functional, multi‑country initiatives where requirements differ by market.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast‑growing or regulated environment and exposure to change management or system adoption is a plus.
