Finnish‑Speaking Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Finnish‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join Brightvision’s remote team. You will identify new sales opportunities for our tech‑focused B2B clients, conducting high‑volume outbound outreach from your home office. The role is freelance, invoicing monthly, and offers flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound activities including cold calls, emails, and social selling.
• Generate meetings and appointments for our clients.
• Provide qualified sales‑qualified leads (SQL) to create value for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified meetings and improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B prospecting and inside sales within the IT/technology sector.
• Demonstrated ability to generate interest and book qualified sales opportunities through cold outreach, especially by phone.
• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success.
• Fluent in Finnish (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
