Foreman (HVAC, Piping or Ship Interior)

About the role

AROS delivers complex marine projects worldwide, from vessel refurbishments and newbuilds to technical solutions. It is looking for a Foreman to lead work on rotational assignments across Europe, working on projects that involve HVAC, piping or ship interior systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and evaluate the work of company employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure the conditions needed for smooth execution of work and high-quality, timely completion of tasks.
• Complete timesheets and work progress reports.
• Resolve issues as they arise and maintain close communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Work on overseas assignments.

Required profile

• Experience in HVAC or piping fields is an advantage; experience in ship outfitting is a plus.
• Fluent English is required; Russian is an advantage.
• Technical education is an advantage.
• Category B driving licence.
• Detailed, loyal and responsible, with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety and environmental protection regulations is an advantage.
