Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

As the Founding Growth Marketer at Creem you will own every channel that brings the world’s attention to the company. You will build the marketing function from the ground up, handling strategy, execution and measurement across paid ads, partnerships, influencer collaborations, social media, events and public speaking.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, optimize and analyze paid‑acquisition campaigns across multiple ad platforms.
• Identify, pitch and close partnerships with events, communities and influencers to expand reach.
• Create and distribute content on social channels and manage public appearances such as podcasts or stage talks.
• Use AI and automation tools to generate, test and scale campaigns faster than a traditional team.
• Define where attention is worth winning, build the campaigns yourself and double‑down on what works.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running full‑stack marketing: paid acquisition, social, content and partnership programs.
• Proven ability to set up, run and optimise paid‑ads campaigns and interpret performance data.
• Comfort presenting Creem publicly – on stage, podcasts and across social media.
• High agency: you can turn a broad mandate into a concrete plan and deliver with minimal support.
• Strong inclination to leverage AI and automation for scaling marketing work.
