Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creator to join a fully remote creative team. Based in Estonia, you will craft visual assets for digital, social, advertising and print channels, helping to drive engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Design static and animated social media assets, carousels, GIFs and HTML5 banners for programmatic campaigns.
• Produce production‑ready artwork for large‑format applications such as vehicle wraps and traditional print collateral.
• Develop precise vector cut‑contour dielines and ensure files meet print‑production specifications.
• Collaborate remotely with marketing and creative stakeholders, incorporate feedback and deliver projects on schedule.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short‑form video loops, social media carousels, animated ads and multi‑panel print work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines across all formats.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Day‑to‑day expertise in Canva Pro.
• Experience creating animated HTML5 banners and GIFs.
• Solid understanding of RGB/CMYK colour management, rich black, bleeds and other print‑production requirements.
