Group Key Accounts Manager – Estonia

About the role

You will work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer. The role focuses on developing and driving broad customer relationships, delivering commercial results and managing budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels.
• Execute the customer strategy and deliver the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
• Optimize resource use to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and internal sales processes.
• Negotiate account plans and quarterly brand support plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for sales and investment forecasting, trade equipment planning and reporting.
• Administer sales and payments processes via internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, quality, environmental, health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG business and at least 1 year in key‑account management.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and market share.
• Strong problem‑solving and results‑delivery capabilities.
• Understanding of multiple customers, go‑to‑market strategies and business practices.
• Negotiating and influencing skills; fluent English (Russian preferred); Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Commerce or Finance (MBA preferred).
