Growth Marketing Lead (Multi-Market)

About the role

Benrey is a full‑stack marketing agency that also runs its own iGaming comparison platform. As Growth Marketing Lead you will expand traffic beyond Google search by building and automating channels such as video, social, community, email and partnerships across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define channel and market strategy, set goals and create repeatable launch plans for each new market.
• Grow video, social, community, email, partnership and search visibility while focusing on organic growth.
• Design and implement automation workflows and AI tools that transform reviews and rankings into multi‑language content for each channel.
• Set up tracking, report weekly performance, and feed insights back to product and content teams.
• Collaborate with writers, designers and video editors to produce and adapt content for each platform.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in growth, social media or content marketing, with proven channel growth results.
• Hands‑on experience building production‑ready automations that are currently in use.
• Strong copywriting ability and comfort working with data and reporting.
• Fluent written English and habit of documenting work.

Required skills

• Automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude or OpenAI APIs, or custom scripts.
• Proficiency in at least two growth channels (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, email newsletters).
• Data tracking and analytics skills.
