Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will own the end‑to‑end growth funnel for our premium concierge service. Based in Tallinn, you will drive acquisition, retention and reactivation of high‑value users while collaborating closely with product, design and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full funnel: app installs, first purchase, CAC/CPI, MAU/DAU, and re‑engagement of inactive users.
• Audit and map the customer journey, resolve UX/UI friction, and partner with product to improve experience.
• Design and execute event‑based email and push campaigns, segment audiences and personalize offers.
• Launch and optimise paid campaigns across Apple Search Ads, search and social platforms; oversee SEO, GEO and ASO efforts.
• Build and test landing pages using A/B testing methodologies.
• Track performance with AppsFlyer and Amplitude, making data‑driven decisions on CAC, LTV and retention.
• Set KPIs for PR agencies, secure premium media placements and manage influencer collaborations.
• Control marketing budget, reallocate spend based on channel performance and align activities with product and concierge operations.

Required profile

• Experience serving affluent, premium‑luxury clients where exclusivity and time are paramount.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with CAC, LTV and retention metrics.
• Creative and proactive, able to identify growth opportunities and launch buzz‑worthy campaigns.
• Fluent English for negotiations and content creation in a global market.
