About the role
Join a global technology and services company as a Hebrew Customer Support Agent, providing excellent assistance to customers across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support via phone, email, social media, and mobile applications.
- Listen to customers, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them effectively.
- Communicate fluently in Hebrew and comfortably in English (B2 level).
Required profile
- Fluent Hebrew language skills.
- English communication at B2 level, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
