Key Account Manager – Pharmaceuticals (Estonia)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will manage key customer relationships, grow business and represent Ferring Pharmaceuticals across the Estonian healthcare market, working independently while supported by an experienced international team.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and health authorities across Estonia.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for the assigned therapeutic area.
• Present scientific and product information clearly and credibly to customers.
• Achieve sales targets while managing advertising and promotional budgets.
• Organise and take part in events, conferences and lectures.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and public tenders.
• Support market access, pricing and reimbursement initiatives.
• Adapt international marketing strategies to the Estonian market and create local promotional materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science, biology, medicine or pharmacy.
• 3‑5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with an originator pharmaceutical company.
• Fluent in English and Estonian with strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using OCE, Veeva, Concur or Workday.
