Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

This is a hands‑on leadership position focused on creating high‑quality, realistic AI‑generated visual content at scale. You will own the quality of generated images while continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rates and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality and consistency of AI‑generated visual content across production workflows.
• Build and optimise scalable generative‑AI image‑production pipelines using tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI and WaveSpeed.
• Design, maintain and automate repeatable ComfyUI workflows for batch generation.
• Integrate APIs, n8n and simple scripts to reduce manual effort and increase production volume.
• Research, evaluate and run experiments on emerging generative‑AI models, tools and techniques.
• Define technical direction, establish standards and align content streams around shared workflows.
• Communicate technical and creative recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience producing realistic visual content with generative AI.
• Deep visual taste with an eye for detail, anatomy, lighting and image consistency.
• Senior‑level ownership and ability to operate independently.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on experimentation and optimisation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort in a fast‑changing AI environment.

Required skills

• ComfyUI, Flux, Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, WaveSpeed.
• API integration, n8n workflow automation.
• Batch generation and automated content‑processing pipelines.
• Basic scripting and AI‑assisted coding (vibecoding) approaches.
