Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead Bolt’s Riders Lifecycle team, shaping the strategy that drives rider acquisition, activation and retention across more than 50 markets. In this high‑ownership role you’ll manage a team of specialists, oversee thousands of automated communications and partner closely with Marketing, Product and Operations to make outreach smarter and more impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Riders lifecycle communication strategy across 50+ countries, covering acquisition, activation and retention.
• Build quarterly roadmaps, align stakeholders on priorities and focus the team on high‑ROI work.
• Lead and mentor a team of Lifecycle Marketing Specialists, fostering growth and performance.
• Oversee 10,000+ automated messages, managing copy, visuals and targeting while driving continuous improvement.
• Define and run the experimentation framework and product tracking plan for the vertical.
• Create clear analytical visibility into Riders Lifecycle performance for leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a small to medium team (up to 10 people).
• Background in lifecycle, CRM or email marketing, preferably communicating to large, global audiences.
• Strong project‑management track record delivering complex, multi‑market programmes.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable with campaign analytics and automation logic.
• Ability to align multiple business stakeholders around shared plans and priorities.
• Familiarity with customer engagement platforms such as Braze or Iterable.
