Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Lead to build and scale the marketing function for Soldera, the platform that powers Europe’s renewable energy certificate infrastructure. You will set strategy, write briefs, improve pages and ensure campaigns ship while working closely with product and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Define marketing priorities and translate company goals into quarterly plans covering positioning, content, demand generation, events, partnerships and brand.
• Own positioning for multiple audiences – producers, utilities, energy companies and corporate buyers – and create clear, differentiated messaging.
• Drive qualified demand through campaigns and channel experiments, investing in what works and stopping what doesn’t.
• Lead product launches with audience definition, messaging, proof points, distribution plans and measurable commercial targets.
• Run the website as a growth channel, owning conversion, structure, campaign pages and the path from first visit to qualified enquiry.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in an early‑stage or scaling company.
• Track record marketing technical, regulated or operationally complex products (energy, fintech, compliance, infrastructure or enterprise software).
• Ability to connect positioning, content, distribution and demand generation rather than treating them as separate silos.
• Demonstrated impact on pipeline, conversion, adoption or revenue.
• Strong English writing and editing skills, able to critique and improve copy.
