Marketing Specialist (Content & Campaigns)

About the role

Bisly is looking for a Marketing Specialist to turn its building‑automation technology and projects into clear, engaging content that supports growth across Estonia, Germany and Poland. You will work closely with commercial, product and partner teams to keep communication, sales materials and marketing assets up‑to‑date and easy to use.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage content for social media, website, blog, newsletters and other owned channels.
• Produce sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies, product sheets and campaign assets.
• Support localisation of marketing and sales collateral for different markets.
• Collaborate with product, sales and technical teams to translate complex information into clear content.
• Assist sales managers with outbound activities, target‑list creation, campaign preparation and HubSpot tasks.
• Help organise partner and customer events, webinars and manage related merchandise and materials.
• Analyse performance of content and marketing activities and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, content creation or sales support.
• Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences and channels.
• Ability to understand technical products and simplify complex topics.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• High level of spoken and written English and Estonian.
