ML DevOps Engineer – AI/ML Platform for Cybersecurity

About the role

You will join the world’s best Cyber Range team to build an AI/ML platform for state‑of‑the‑art cybersecurity agents. The role involves hands‑on infrastructure work in a security‑sensitive environment, collaborating with internal and external R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI/ML infrastructure including GPU cluster management, Kubernetes, model registry, inference serving and data pipelines.
• Create reproducible, auditable environments with CI/CD and configuration management (Ansible, GitOps).
• Provide the platform as an internal and external service: user onboarding, support, documentation and capacity planning.
• Deploy, benchmark and tune open‑weight LLMs and other models on on‑prem hardware.
• Work with R&D leads and project managers to align infrastructure with project content, budget and schedule.
• Apply security‑by‑design in a classified environment: hardening, isolation, patching and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and potentially take on team‑lead responsibilities as the team grows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience in production environments.
• Solid fundamentals in Linux administration, Git, CI/CD and configuration management (e.g., Ansible).
• Hands‑on experience with containers and Kubernetes in production.
• Scripting and automation experience in Python and Bash.
• Strong communication skills in English and willingness to obtain security clearance.
• Readiness to work on‑site in Tallinn with the option for partial hybrid work.
