About the role

Join Decathlon as an Omnichannel Sales Advisor and become the go‑to guide for customers seeking outdoor adventure gear. You will work both in‑store and online, helping shoppers find the right equipment for hiking, camping, hunting, and water sports while delivering a seamless, memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in the store and via digital channels, answering product questions and recommending suitable gear.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and manage Click & Collect and Ship‑From‑Store services.
• Maintain attractive product displays, seasonal merchandising, and ensure optimal stock availability on the floor.
• Contribute proactive business ideas, act like an entrepreneur within the Decathlon framework, and help meet sales targets.
• Participate in sustainability initiatives such as product “second‑life” programs.

Required profile

• Passionate about outdoor sports and actively participates in activities like hiking, camping, hunting, or water sports.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
