Organic Growth & Community Lead

About the role

Bilance is looking for an Organic Growth & Community Lead to drive organic acquisition through financial‑education content, community building and strategic partnerships. You will shape an unbuilt growth engine that continuously attracts new users and deepens engagement with existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish financial‑education content (blog posts, newsletters, social media) in English and localized versions.
• Build and nurture the Bilance community, acting as the main point of contact where users discuss the product.
• Develop partnerships, webinars and PR initiatives to place Bilance in new audiences.
• Produce guides, tutorials and email sequences that help existing users get real value.
• Experiment with growth tactics, keep what works and discard what doesn’t, aiming to make organic acquisition a measurable share of new users.

Required profile

• Passionate about reducing financial illiteracy and waste across Europe.
• Proven ability to set a goal, design a plan and execute it independently, stage by stage.
• Systematic and organized, with strong note‑taking and follow‑through habits.
• Track record of building something on your own initiative (portfolio or project required).
• Comfortable setting up AI‑driven tools, analytics, landing pages and simple automations without relying on developers.
• Willingness to learn new skills as the role evolves; marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
