Product Engineer – AI Platform for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Product Engineer to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software for Base360.ai, the AI operating system for short‑term rental businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with property managers to understand workflows, identify friction, and define high‑impact problems.
• Design, develop, test, and ship end‑to‑end features across frontend, backend, and integrations.
• Create user‑friendly interfaces and operational dashboards that simplify complex rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation engines and AI‑powered workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Develop and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security, and scalability as the platform grows.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes, and collaborate with founders, designers, and customers.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating.
• Interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency within a fast‑moving SaaS environment.
