Product Owner – Corporate Statements & Cash Management

About the role

Luminor is looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of corporate statement services. You will own the product and technology side of bank‑to‑customer statements, digital statement services, and SWIFT statement solutions, ensuring they are reliable, compliant and user‑friendly for corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of corporate statement capabilities, including formats, delivery channels, history availability and automation.
• Define data and standards requirements, aligning SWIFT and ISO 20022 specifications with stakeholder needs.
• Prioritise the product backlog, write clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and guide the agile team toward sustainable delivery.
• Coordinate integrations across accounts, payments, channels, data platforms, operations and IT to guarantee correct source data and stable processing.
• Monitor performance metrics such as availability, incident rates, data quality and technical risk.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, audit, retention and customer agreement requirements across Baltic markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership, agile delivery, cash management or corporate banking services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer, operational and regulatory needs into actionable priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with business, operations, compliance, data and IT teams.
• Comfortable leading agile teams, setting direction and making prioritisation decisions.
• Clear written communication, capable of explaining complex statement flows and system dependencies.
