Project Manager – Art Team (Mobile Games)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the 2D Art team of a fast‑paced mobile game studio in Estonia. You will coordinate planning, roadmaps and delivery while using data‑driven analysis to keep the creative pipeline efficient and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, break down and manage art tasks across pipelines, backlogs and sprints.
• Define and monitor project roadmaps, timelines, deadlines and release plans.
• Allocate work based on capacity, skills and competencies, and customize Jira to support team workflows.
• Analyse large datasets to identify bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Produce clear reports, performance metrics and visual dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between artists, producers, designers, developers and marketing.
• Oversee quality of art assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, status meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with creative or art teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with large data sets.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Fluent Russian and intermediate or higher English.
• Experience in game development, animation or digital production is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Jira (custom workflows, dashboards, automations).
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools such as Grafana or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
