Regulatory Change Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Regulatory Change Manager to join Luminor’s Retail Product & Systems Department in Tallinn. In this role you will bridge regulatory requirements with product and operational needs, ensuring the bank remains compliant and risk‑aware in a fast‑moving banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on daily banking services regulations for internal stakeholders.
• Lead monitoring, management and tracking of regulatory initiatives and related deliverables.
• Identify, assess and report on banking service risks, performing risk and control assessments.
• Maintain and update internal policies, procedures, terms and conditions to align with regulatory changes.
• Support external communications with regulators, customers and auditors, preparing responses and reports.
• Prepare and present regulatory impact analyses and progress updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management or audit.
• Strong knowledge of Baltic and European banking legislation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, able to explain complex regulatory topics clearly.
• University degree in Law, Economics, Business, Finance, Banking or related field.
• Fluent in English and Estonian, both written and spoken.
