About the role

Join Luminor as a Regulatory Change Manager and become a trusted advisor on daily banking services regulatory matters. You will interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business solutions, helping the bank stay compliant and risk‑aware.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on regulatory matters for a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate activities to monitor, manage, and track regulatory initiatives and deliverables.
• Identify and oversee daily banking services risks, perform risk and control assessments, and contribute to broader risk‑management processes.
• Ensure internal policies, procedures, terms and conditions, and risk documentation remain up‑to‑date and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Support external communications and responses related to daily banking services, including interactions with regulators and customers.
• Prepare, analyse, and present reports to management on regulatory developments, risks, and implementation progress.
• Represent Luminor in discussions with regulators and auditors, coordinating regulatory reviews and audit activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Banking, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management or Audit.
• Good understanding of Baltic and European banking legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across the organisation.
• University degree, preferably in Law, Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Fluent English and Estonian (spoken and written) for Pan‑Baltic responsibilities.
