RWE Programmer – Real World Evidence Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RWE Programmer to join a sponsor‑dedicated team supporting a global pharmaceutical partner. This fully remote position focuses on real‑world data analytics, helping generate high‑quality evidence for current and future compounds.

Key responsibilities

• Support statistical programming activities in Real World Evidence projects.
• Provide input on study design, analysis plans, and protocol development.
• Develop, validate, maintain, and document analysis programs and related study documents.
• Interpret results, contribute to publications, and review study concepts.
• Evaluate database quality and offer technical database expertise to stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient production of statistical outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computing, life science, health science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in Real World Evidence, epidemiology, health outcomes research, or a related environment.
• Hands‑on experience with large healthcare databases such as Komodo, Marketscan, CPRD, or MMIT.
• Proficiency in SAS or R programming within the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare analytics industry.
• Python programming experience.
