Sales Development Representative (SMB) – Benelux

About the role

Deel is looking for a Sales Development Representative focused on Small and Medium‑Business (SMB) customers in the Benelux region. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects, helping them understand Deel’s payroll and HR platform and setting the stage for deeper sales conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential SMB customers across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting through calls, emails and social outreach.
• Qualify leads by uncovering their onboarding processes and pain points.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and the broader sales team to hand over qualified opportunities.
• Generate cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Deel’s sales playbook and technology stack.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; additional Benelux languages a plus.
• Self‑motivated with a proven ability to meet activity targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
• Ability to manage multiple contacts and stakeholders within a target account.
