Sales Incentive Manager, EMEA Region

About the role

Eaton, a global leader in energy management technologies and services, is looking for a Sales Incentive Manager to own and lead the EMEA sales incentive strategy, execution and governance within its Electrical Sector. The role drives alignment of incentive plans with business performance and behavioural objectives and acts as central authority for policy, process, analytics and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the effectiveness of current incentive structures and recommend and implement changes aligned with strategic goals and sales behaviours
• Keep up with external benchmarks and competitive analysis in key segments
• Maintain ownership of incentive policy, templates and deployment processes, and lead the annual planning cycle and mid-year adjustments
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Build dashboards tracking incentive performance versus targets, provide insights to sales leadership and finance, and monitor behavioural impact and unintended consequences
• Act as change agent, deliver training and communication across sales, HR and finance, and propose a roadmap for digital solutions and tools
• Interface with Sales Leaders, HR, Finance and Legal across EMEA and coordinate with global counterparts

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales incentive management, sales operations or commercial excellence is a must
• Experience in the electrical industry or complex B2B sales environments preferred
• Fluent English; other EMEA languages a plus
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, work in international and virtual teams, and think and act strategically

• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or equivalent tools
• Good written and oral communication, presentation and influencing skills
