Sales Representative - Electronic Components (Remote)

About the role

WIN SOURCE, a global electronic components distributor founded in 1999, offers a remote, full-time Sales Representative position. The role starts with sales execution and grows into independent B2B sales of international customers, working with real supply-chain needs rather than simple product sales. Electronic components experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and organise potential customer leads through LinkedIn, industry platforms and search tools.
• Build initial contact with prospects by email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Follow up on RFQs, quotations, samples and orders, and support customer requests.
• Maintain customer information, follow-up records, quotation records and CRM data.
• Work with sales, sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams.
• Keep following up with prospects, inactive customers and existing leads.
• Learn electronic components, customer purchasing processes and basic supply chain knowledge.
• Support Sales Managers or Business Development colleagues with basic customer development.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development or customer communication is preferred; B2B sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Good English or local language communication skills.
• Willingness to reach out to customers and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and interested in international B2B sales or electronic component supply chains.
• Early-career candidates, fresh graduates and those with strong sales potential are welcome.
