Senior Account Manager

About the role

Insly is a fast‑growing no‑code insurance SaaS provider looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and develop key customer relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction, retention and value realization while collaborating closely with delivery and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic relationships with key customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Lead communication, planning and review meetings to align with business goals.
• Support delivery execution together with the Client Delivery Lead and technical teams.
• Step in as delivery lead when required, ensuring continuity for customers.
• Provide high‑level technical guidance on the Insly platform and translate concepts into business value.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities that affect delivery or adoption.
• Drive platform adoption, value realization and long‑term satisfaction.
• Support renewals, upsell and cross‑sell initiatives by highlighting value‑driven improvements.
• Mentor junior Account Managers and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven B2B Account Management or Customer Success experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Track record managing complex, long‑term customer relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior‑level communication skills.
• Ability to understand IT systems, technical concepts and SaaS delivery models.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience supporting renewals, upsell or account growth initiatives.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
