Senior Content Marketing & SEO Lead

About the role

Soldera is building the trusted source for renewable energy certificate compliance in Europe. As the Senior Content Marketing & SEO Lead you will own the research, writing, SEO strategy and editorial quality, creating accurate, high‑impact content that helps the market understand complex registry rules.

Key responsibilities

• Write authoritative articles, regulatory explainers, landing pages, market comparisons, customer stories and case studies.
• Develop and execute an SEO roadmap that captures the questions of producers, energy companies and corporate buyers.
• Interview internal experts and customers, translate technical knowledge into clear, actionable content.
• Maintain editorial quality by fact‑checking against primary sources and coordinating legal or regulatory reviews when needed.
• Build an AI‑assisted content workflow that speeds production while keeping final copy human‑owned.
• Repurpose strong pieces for LinkedIn, newsletters, sales material and other channels.
• Guide freelancers or junior writers and ensure all published content meets editorial standards.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions and content‑influenced pipeline to measure commercial impact.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on B2B content marketing and SEO experience.
• Portfolio covering complex, regulated topics such as energy, fintech, compliance or cybersecurity.
• Exceptional English writing ability, capable of explaining technical mechanisms without oversimplifying.
• Demonstrated content that has ranked, generated qualified demand or supported sales.
• Enjoys doing the research and writing work, not just managing calendars.
• Daily use of AI tools with a clear process for catching errors before publication.
• Comfortable building processes while delivering output in a nascent content operation.
