Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own and scale DoiT’s paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels, driving high‑quality leads and pipeline for the Cloud Intelligence business. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this remote contractor role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align growth initiatives with revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale paid digital acquisition strategy across LinkedIn, Reddit, Google and other channels.
• Manage and optimize campaign structure, targeting, and performance to generate qualified leads.
• Oversee relationships with paid‑media agencies and freelance specialists, ensuring lead‑generation targets are met.
• Develop and execute an Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
• Manage paid‑media budget in partnership with global/regional teams and cloud providers to maximize Marketing Development Funds.
• Track, report, and analyze paid‑ads and ABM performance weekly, identifying optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in high‑growth technology companies.
• Strong background in B2B digital marketing and ABM, especially paid acquisition.
• Proven track record managing marketing budgets exceeding $1M annually.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
