Senior Lawyer

About the role

Magnetic Group is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join its Legal team in Tallinn, Estonia. The role involves providing legal advice, managing transactions and litigation, and supporting the company’s aviation business.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documents.
• Provide legal advice and support on legal matters.
• Manage legal proceedings, litigation, and business transactions.
• Analyze and identify legal risks and recommend solutions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Handle ad hoc assignments.
• Keep management informed of new laws and regulations that may affect the company.

Required profile

• Experience in the aviation industry.
• A degree in Law and at least five years of experience in commercial law.
• Knowledge of personal data protection regulations and requirements (advantage).
• Experience in conflict resolution.
• Excellent spoken and written English (Estonian or Lithuanian an advantage).
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
