Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist you will expand Bolt’s lifecycle marketing strategy by building email, SMS, in‑app and push campaigns that engage users across Delivery. You will work closely with Marketing, Expansion, PR and Product teams to drive activation and retention through smart automation and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive incremental GMV uplift across all lifecycle marketing campaigns, owning performance metrics such as delivery, open, click‑through, conversion, unsubscribe rates and frequency.
• Design and continuously improve campaign flows, run A/B tests, and maintain high standards for content quality, visual execution and user experience.
• Partner with Product, Growth, MarTech, Vertical Marketing and local teams to align communications and improve the end‑to‑end user experience.
• Identify opportunities to automate flows using AI, reducing manual work and increasing team efficiency.
• Build clear reporting on lifecycle performance for leadership and champion the impact of lifecycle marketing across the business.
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for junior specialists on the team.

Required profile

• Background in lifecycle, CRM or email marketing, ideally communicating to large, global audiences.
• Strong technical knowledge of platforms such as Braze, CleverTap or equivalents.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑market programmes with excellent English communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable with numbers, campaign analytics and automation logic.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to balance multiple projects.
• Comfortable using AI tools to automate work and improve efficiency.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to run end‑to‑end data analysis (not mandatory).
