Senior Manual QA Engineer – AI Product

About the role

This position focuses on ensuring the quality and stability of an AI‑powered product in a fast‑moving release environment. You will plan testing activities, create comprehensive test documentation, and validate product changes across mobile, web, and backend layers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan testing scope, timelines, scenarios, and coverage for product releases.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, checklists, and documentation.
• Test and stabilize patches within a rapid release cycle, supporting several production deployments per week.
• Perform hands‑on testing across mobile, web, and backend components.
• Identify defects quickly, investigate issues, and document them clearly for engineering.
• Support QA activities throughout the Agile development and release lifecycle.
• Continuously improve QA processes by standardising repetitive checks and eliminating unnecessary manual work.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools that can meaningfully improve testing efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in manual QA testing across mobile, web, and backend environments.
• Solid understanding of client‑server architecture and Agile release cycles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with frequent releases.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Manual QA testing (mobile, web, backend).
• Test case and checklist creation.
• Jira, Confluence, TestRail or Allure TestOps.
• MS SQL Server, Fiddler, Postman.
• Practical use of AI tools in everyday QA workflow.
