Senior Product Designer - Estonia

About the role

Tickmill, a multi-regulated broker founded in 2014 and employing over 330 people across offices in London, Cyprus, Poland, Estonia and Seychelles, is hiring a Senior Product Designer in Tallinn. The designer works across the full design process: UX flows, visual design systems, prototyping, production-ready designs, usability testing and implementation support, improving existing designs and analysing market standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive web and mobile product experiences
• Develop user flows, interaction models, wireframes and polished visual designs
• Build and iterate interactive prototypes and run usability testing
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
• Collaborate with Product, developers and stakeholders, and lead UX strategy and design reviews
• Mentor team members and help establish AI-enabled design practices
• Use product analytics, customer feedback and usability testing to refine designs after launch

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design, leading complex initiatives
• Proven track record of user-centric designs that drive engagement and conversion
• Communication and stakeholder management skills, presenting design decisions in English
• Interest in AI-powered product development and experience using AI tools in design workflows

Required skills

• User research, personas, customer journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and usability testing
• Design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred)
• Solid front-end development experience and mobile-first, responsive web design
• Scalable design systems and component libraries
