Senior QA Automation Engineer

About the role

Parim is seeking a senior, hands‑on QA Automation Engineer to lead the next stage of its automation strategy. In this individual‑contributor role you will blend thoughtful manual testing with reliable automated checks, ensuring quality is visible throughout development and release cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Own testing for new and existing product areas, performing manual, exploratory, functional, integration, API, end‑to‑end and regression testing as needed.
• Design, develop and maintain dependable automated test suites that integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously evaluate where automation can provide faster, more reliable feedback and where manual testing remains appropriate.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to define acceptance criteria, identify risks and communicate readiness.
• Analyse test results and delivery data to surface product health, recurring defects and flaky tests, driving improvements in code, infrastructure or processes.

Required profile

• Several years of commercial experience in both manual testing and test automation.
• Ability to assess risk and choose the most effective testing approach.
• Strong communication skills to make quality insights visible to engineering and product teams.
