Senior Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition (Temp)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to own the full end‑to‑end recruitment process, from mapping business needs to signing contracts, and to help shape our recruitment function while working on high‑impact, tech‑focused hiring challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality and timeliness of recruitment service and lead recruitment‑related projects.
• Develop and roll out recruitment principles, standardise and optimise processes.
• Map business needs with leaders, analyse resourcing and competency requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, channel effectiveness, candidate drop‑off), report regularly and turn insights into improvements.
• Introduce digital tools and automation to increase efficiency.
• Lead targeted sourcing across LinkedIn, specialised networks, universities and partners.
• Coordinate job postings in line with brand, manage application data in compliance with legal and data‑protection requirements.
• Conduct end‑to‑end interviews, assess fit, coordinate feedback and handle background checks.
• Own the offer stage, coordinate approvals and support immigration matters.
• Contribute to employer branding strategy and represent the company at career events.
• Lead the organisation of the internship programme.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, management, psychology or HR.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech or financial sector and internationally.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS/HRIS systems, sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, professional networks) and structured/competency‑based interviewing.
• Ability to set KPIs, work with data (Excel) and strong employer‑branding and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Estonian and English.
