Senior Tax Manager

About the role

As the Senior Tax Manager you will be the lead in‑house tax expert, reporting to the CFO. You will own global strategic tax initiatives, quarterly tax provisions and transfer pricing calculations while coordinating outsourced tax activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, plan and execute global tax initiatives to optimise financial operations.
• Prepare quarterly tax provision calculations under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee external advisors for annual provisions, US federal/state returns, foreign filings and transfer‑pricing reports.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external tax queries, audits and statutory auditors.
• Ensure transfer‑pricing principles are documented and applied; support sales/use tax, property tax and international VAT filings.
• Drive process improvements using modern technology tools and present tax solutions to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law or Tax Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of finance/accounting experience with a strong focus on international tax strategy.
• Deep knowledge of direct, indirect and international tax frameworks.
• High emotional intelligence and proven ability to build relationships across international teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with tax provision and compliance software.
