Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

Wise, a global technology company focused on moving and managing money, is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter in Tallinn. You will own end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior or high-volume technical roles, from sourcing through to close, and act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior or high-volume technical roles, from sourcing through to close.
• Advise hiring managers and senior leadership on hiring strategy, market trends and headcount decisions.
• Build and run sourcing strategies, market maps and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Use data to influence decisions, spot bottlenecks and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices across the Talent Acquisition team.
• Deliver a strong, human candidate experience at every step.

Required profile

• Solid experience in full-cycle technical or engineering recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech company.
• Track record of closing senior, in-demand or hard-to-attract technical candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable advising senior and executive leaders.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort using recruiting tools and AI to work efficiently.
• Experience mentoring others or driving process improvements is a plus.
