Senior Workday HRIS Analyst

About the role

Stoneridge is looking for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to support the daily administration and product enhancements of Workday HCM within its global HR team. The analyst works under the Manager, HR Systems, collaborates with the HRIS team and supports global HR and third-party partners. The role can be based in Stockholm, Barneveld or Tallinn.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Workday administration, including troubleshooting, integration monitoring, reporting and audit activities.
• Help implement Workday improvements defined in the HRIS roadmap.
• Take part in reviewing and implementing product enhancements, including configuration, maintenance updates and testing.
• Work with business leaders and HR teams to configure and manage business processes in Workday.
• Ensure data accuracy, security and privacy through reviews, testing, change management, routine audits and validation.
• Manage user permissions, access, personalization and other system settings.
• Participate in testing and implementation of Workday releases, run regression tests and communicate changes to end users.
• Support interface integrations and EIBs with vendors, monitoring recurring processes.
• Create Workday reports, dashboards and analytics, including data mining support for audit and legal.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or Information Systems is a bonus.
• 5+ years of Workday experience configuring and supporting multiple functional areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting & Talent, Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors) and custom report development; Absence experience is a plus.
• Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (three days per week in the office) and willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
