Sportsbook Customer Support Analyst

About the role

Join Genius Sports as a Sportsbook Customer Support Analyst, providing day‑to‑day assistance to sportsbook clients. You will monitor, investigate, and report on client queries while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support sportsbook clients, resolving queries quickly and to a high standard
• Prioritise and solve incoming requests from internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams, escalating issues to the Development team when needed
• Keep clients updated with clear, timely feedback
• Create and maintain a knowledge base of known issues and solutions
• Take on additional tasks from your line manager as needed
• Work in shifts between 07:00 and 20:00, including weekends

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• English at B2 level or above
• Good knowledge of standard computer programs and basic internet research skills
• Solid problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay accurate under pressure
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay organised
