Supply Chain Analyst (Data & AI Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our partner’s team in Estonia. This early‑career position combines data science, AI/ML and supply‑chain expertise to turn complex datasets into actionable insights that improve cost, inventory, demand planning and logistics performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex supply‑chain datasets to identify trends, risks and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Develop predictive models and optimization algorithms using AI/ML techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and cross‑functional teams to embed analytics into supply‑chain platforms.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI visualisations for real‑time performance monitoring.
• Support initiatives in inventory optimisation, demand planning, logistics efficiency, procurement and supplier performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, academic projects or hands‑on exposure to supply‑chain analytics.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain fundamentals (procurement, logistics, inventory, demand planning).
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
