Team Lead

About the role

Breakwater Technology is a technology solutions company focused on customer‑tailored product development. We are looking for a Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is on‑site in Tallinn, Estonia.

Key responsibilities

• Help the team with day‑to‑day impediments and technical questions.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure technical initiatives follow architectural priorities.
• Optimize team processes by analysing delivery data and implementing improvements.
• Be accountable for the team’s overall performance and delivery of commitments.
• Recruit, hire and onboard new team members, including mentorship assignment.
• Conduct performance reviews, manage vacations and salary adjustments, and support career growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams.
• iGaming experience is a plus.
