Technical Solutions & Implementation Lead – Third Party Management & Procurement

About the role

Wise is looking for a Technical Solutions and Implementation Lead to own and evolve the systems that onboard third‑party vendors, manage contracts and drive approvals. You will translate business needs into no‑code workflow designs, configure platforms, and ensure reliable API‑based integrations across finance, risk and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain non‑code platforms – forms, templates, routing rules, approvals and automations – and own complex system changes.
• Design technical solutions from business requirements, including workflow logic, data models, permissions and audit needs, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Drive API integrations with partner teams, handling data mapping, validation, failure modes and rollout plans.
• Manage release cycles: testing, UAT, rollout, rollback, incident handling and root‑cause prevention.
• Act as the platform expert, maintaining runbooks, standards and training stakeholders to reduce reliance on external providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring and administering enterprise no‑code tools and shipping workflow changes to production.
• Strong integration mindset: comfortable with API documentation, payload definition, field mapping, response validation and authentication mechanisms (API keys, OAuth).
• Systems thinking – understanding cross‑tool dependencies and impact on downstream reporting, audit trails and controls.
• Release discipline – ability to plan and execute safe releases with testing, rollout and rollback strategies.
• Operational ownership – calm escalation handling, root‑cause analysis and upkeep of standards/runbooks.
