Technical Support Analyst – Sports Technology

About the role

This role is part of Genius Sports' team that helps sports leagues and teams boost performance on and off the field using cutting‑edge technology, analytics, and visual insights. We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our support team onsite in Tallinn, working shift‑based hours from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 18:00.

Key responsibilities

• Communicating with internal teams to coordinate issue resolution.
• Investigating and solving problems raised by users within our supported product cluster.
• Identifying possible bugs and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Turning technical issues into clear, customer‑friendly updates for other departments.
• Creating and maintaining a Knowledge Base for known issues and solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Computer literate and able to work accurately under pressure.
• Proactive problem‑solver who works well independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Ability to stay calm, accurate, and to escalate issues when needed.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Working knowledge of JSON.
• Basic API troubleshooting.
• Technical support experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with ticketing system tools.
