About the role

Otis, the global leader in elevators and escalators, is looking for a Key Account Manager to join its Estonian team. The role focuses on expanding and nurturing the portfolio of key maintenance contracts, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively sell new maintenance agreements and negotiate contract renewals.
• Maintain existing contracts while reducing contract terminations.
• Update terms of current agreements to increase value for both parties.
• Boost contract extension rates through regular client interaction.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with service managers and technicians to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Identify business development opportunities within the existing client base.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive work style with the ability to work independently and within teams.
• Fluent in Estonian and Russian, with good English proficiency.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
