Account Development Manager 1 – Evening Shift (16:30 - 01:00 CEST)

About the role

Wrike, a work management platform, is looking for an energetic, tech-savvy and customer-oriented Account Development Manager to join its Engagement Team. You will work with a global, cross-border team and help knowledge-worker customers get onboarded, become more productive with Wrike and get the most value from the product. The role covers the sales side of customer interactions, including demos, pricing negotiations and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer use cases and work processes to guide them on optimizing Wrike usage
• Proactively reach out to customers by email and phone (about 80% of work time spent on calls) to share best practices
• Help customers unlock the most product value and drive adoption across their teams
• Drive net retention through upsell and cross-sell

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Support
• Fluent English and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Business sense to understand customer objectives and pain points, and willingness to teach others
• Willingness to cover the sales side: demos, price negotiation, pipeline management and closing deals
• Prepared to work the evening shift (16:30 - 01:00 CEST)
• Excellent organization, note-taking and time management; patient and tactful under pressure
