Account Development Manager – EMEA

About the role

Wrike is looking for an energetic, passionate, tech‑savvy, and customer‑oriented Account Development Manager to help teams across the world be more successful with our product. You will establish relationships and engage with clients to find new opportunities to expand the Wrike product.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect into existing accounts via outbound calls.
• Manage assigned accounts, inbound requests, trials, and leads.
• Own the full sales cycle, including contract generation and closing deliverables.
• Learn and apply proven SaaS sales processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with territory teams and leaders to strategise large deals.
• Leverage Salesforce.com for lead processing and opportunity management.
• Prioritise opportunities and allocate appropriate resources.
• Proactively reach out to customers to share best practices and maximise product value.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales, customer success, or support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly.
• A keen business sense to understand customer objectives and pain points.
• Problem‑solver mentality, critical thinking, and curiosity.
• Passion for continuous learning and openness to feedback.
