Account Manager – Mobile Showroom

About the role

As an Account Manager – Mobile Showroom you will be part of MASCOT’s sales team, supporting our distributor network and proactively selling workwear and safety footwear to end‑users. You will travel in a mobile showroom, conduct needs assessments and act as the link between distributors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and plan visits to new potential end‑user customers in construction, trades, transport and industry, conduct needs assessments and present appropriate workwear and safety‑footwear solutions.
• Build strong relationships with the distributor network, collaborate with distributors to uncover new interested end‑users and act as the liaison until agreements are reached.

Required profile

• Sales‑related education and experience with proactive selling, preferably in retail or related fields.
• Results‑driven, hunter mentality with 1–3 years of experience in the workwear and PPE industry.
• Fluency in Estonian and confident English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, including approximately 20 overnight stays per year (including trips to Denmark).
