Accountant – Multi‑country Financial Reporting

About the role

As an Accountant at Bolt you will ensure accurate financial reporting and strong operational control across multiple countries. You will record and review subsidiary financial activities, guarantee compliance with local regulations and internal policies, and support timely tax reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end closing for designated subsidiaries to deliver precise financial statements.
• Conduct balance‑sheet reconciliations and manage asset accounting to maintain financial integrity.
• Organise audit materials and ensure audits are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with local accounting partners and internal stakeholders on accounting and tax compliance.
• Participate in process‑improvement and automation projects to streamline operations.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle Accountant experience.
• Higher education degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting with strong written and oral English skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to see the bigger picture and make data‑driven decisions.
• Tech‑savvy, experienced with accounting systems and tools.
• Proactive team player with a “can‑do” attitude, capable of working independently.
